Hardware We Use in Our ITH Bags

Our bag designs are a firm favourite with Sweet Pea fans, and we are often asked what bag hardware we use to add those finishing touches in our machine embroidery projects. You asked, and we delivered - check out some of our favourite products for hardware below!

Kam Snaps

We use kam snaps in so many of our designs, which means we need all the colours and all the tools! We like this kit - it has every colour you could need and comes with some extra bits and pieces to make installing super simple.

Magnetic Button Clasps

Many of our handbags are finished with magnetic buttons and finding strong hardware that won't damage your hard work is crucial. We like these ones that come in lots of finishes. 

D Rings

D-rings are an essential for any bag with straps, and we use all kinds! Below are some of our favourites:

Lobster Clasps 

Going hand-in-hand with D-rings, good lobster clasps will see your bag last forever. We recommend the Swivel Clasp Metal Lanyard Snap Hook and the PandaHall Metal Lobster Claw Clasps.
