Design does not stop between steps/ stitching of the design is out of order?
If the design does stop between steps it probably is because you are opening the design in your embroidery software. We are finding a lot of embroidery software changes the designs by trying to 'rearrange' our coloured design steps. These coloured steps are designed to stop the machine between steps. When the file is opened in embroidery software you run the risk of ruining the order of the stitching. Please just try to copy the file straight to your machine via the usb cable or stick.

What are hoop sizes in mm from inches?
All of our designs are digitized for rectangular/square hoops, they may not fit within oval shape embroidery hoops! Also our designs aren't made to support split (multi-positional) hoops.
4x4 = 100mm x 100mm
5x5 = 130mm x 130mm
5x7 = 130mm x 180mm
6x6 = 160mm x 160mm
6x10 = 160mm x 260mm
7x7 = 180mm x 180mm
7x12 = 180mm x 300mm
8x8 = 200mm x 200mm
8x12 = 200mm x 300mm
9x12 = 230mm x 300mm
9.5x14 = 240mm x 360mm

How much fabric do I need for one of your quilt designs?
Making quilts is such an individual thing, there are so many variables. It is therefore impossible for us to give accurate measurements.
The easiest way for you to calculate the fabric needed is to first decide how big the quilt should be. This in itself varies between quilt makers as everyone want the quilts to hang at different lengths over their beds.
After you have worked out how big the finished quilt is to be, you need to work out how many of the blocks you will need. The finished block ends up measuring about 1/2 " smaller ( width and length) of the hoop that you use to make the blocks.
We give the fabric requirements for the blocks in the instructions, so after you work out how many finished blocks you need for the quilt you just have to multiply the number by the amount of fabric stated in the instructions.
We also have a blog article with more information here (including an example calculation):

What is the finished sizes of your quilt designs?
Making quilts is such an individual thing, there are so many variables. It is therefore impossible for us to give accurate measurements.
We don't give finished sizes of our quilts as it depends on how many blocks you use and the finished size of the quilt you need.
You can make the quilts as large as you like. The finished block sizes are approx 1/2 inch smaller than the hoop used. So you just need to divide the finished quilt size you need by the size of the finished block.
