All designs remain the property of Swpea Pty Ltd DBA “Sweet Pea Machine Embroidery Designs” 

• The design files may not be copied or reproduced in any way.   

• The design files may not be re sold or shared. 

• The design files may be used to make as many items/finished products to sell or give away as you like.

Sweet Pea Machine Embroidery Designs is located in Australia. All transactions are subject to international transaction fees. The international transaction fee is charged by the banks independently of the retailer. The percentage you will pay is decided by your bank.  When shopping online it is the consumers responsibility to research payment options that only charge a small percentage of fees. 

Price Adjustments 

Sweet Pea offers a price adjustment policy for sale items that are purchased within 3 days prior to start date of sale. This does not apply to temporary promotions. 

Adjustments must be initiated within 3 days of sale start date. Sale price adjustments will be returned in the form of online store credit only
