Sweet Pea's Sew Alongs & Mystery Quilts
A sew-along brings together embroidery fans from around the world in making the same design at the same time through our various Facebook groups. Our Sweet Pea Machine Embroidery Design Sew-Alongs are one of the most fun and exciting parts of our month, with two embroidery design sew alongs running every month and one bag sew along bi-monthly! We also have two mystery quilt sew alongs; a Block of the Week that runs seasonally, and a Block of the Month that goes all year.

Monthly Sew Along
Create an optical illusion with just one ingenious block! Inspired by our other illusion designs, this quilt requires just four blocks to get the illusion effect, but looks even better the more you make.
Featuring applique and optional quilting, this design has an art deco influence that can be turned into a quilt, cushion, placemat, or runner, with optional add-on blocks for purchase separately.
To help you with the illusion, we have included a diagram in the instructions on what tone of fabric to use where to create the illusion of depth in the design. We have also added examples of other layouts you can do with this versatile block!

KISS Sew Along
Transform your table with this charming geometric floral design. Mixing crisp, repeating patterns with delicate botanical touches, the ITH pattern brings warmth and visual interest to any corner of your home.
Whether it's gracing your dining table, perched on a sideboard, or inspiring your workspace, this piece plays beautifully with any décor style.
The machine embroidery design takes two hoopings and the blocks are joined with your sewing machine. The backing is then attached with your sewing machine.

Bag Technique Sew Along
The perfect bag for cosmetics, stationary, craft supplies, shaving tools, and more - this versatile vanity bag can be turned into just about anything your imagination could think of! The lid zips open fully to reveal a deep storage space and a slip pocket in the lining.
Five panels in total are needed to complete the bag: lid, base and three body panels. The bag is then assembled with a regular sewing machine along with some hand sewing to close the lining in the lid.
The floral body panels have a combination of applique and embroidery. We’ve also included a bonus plain Body Panel (just stippling) for extra versatility. Comes in 5x7 6x10 7x11 (for Janome) and 8x12.
