Sweet Pea Professional 9” Tailor Scissors are made of -

High carbon steel 5CR15MOV Titanium coated (Stronger and harder than the standard stainless steel used in other shears)

Carbon - hardness 58+/-1 HRC - Carbon is responsible for the strength of the material
Added Vanadium (V) - Increases strength, wear resistance, and increases toughness
Molybdenum - increases flexibility and strength and is used to prevent corrosion.
Titanium - shears coated with titanium tend to be more durable as the coating makes the scissors stronger and creates a sharper cutting-edge. Additionally, our Pink Titanium is beautiful as a bonus).
Chromium - protects the shears from rust.

They come in a beautiful Hot pink glitter and moulded foam case to protect them and they would make a great gift for a sewer.
