How to search for treats (and avoid tricks!)
Trick or Treat is finished for 2023! We look forward to you joining again next year.
From 9am, 17 October 2023 AEST until midnight, 31 October 2023 AEST, the Sweet Pea site will become a haunted house of fun! As you navigate the store, look out for our spooky crew. There are a few tricksy beasts and creepy critters who offer no reward, along with a variety of treats in the form of candy and designs offering some sweet discounts. Instead of candy, when you see a treat, you get the following:
- 20% off all physical products
- 30% off all digital designs
- 50% off all Halloween designs (excluding the current sew-along)
- A FREE Halloween design (single design as shown on the graphic)
The code will be around the treat or graphic, simply apply at checkout to redeem. Discount codes do not stack but can be used on as many items as applicable to that discount in one cart. For example, you could get 5 designs for 30% off, but you can't get discounts on both physical products and digital designs in the same cart.
To find any of the four discount codes, you will have to look very closely - perhaps not where you expect - around the site for the special treats. From Halloween designs to blogs and beginners pages (those are all hints!), get searching and let us know what ends up in your Candy Monster Treat Bag (make sure to keep it a secret so everyone can enjoy the fun).
Q: When does the event end in my country?
A: Brisbane - midnight, 31 October, New York - 10pm, 30 October, London - 3am, 31 October
Q: Are there certain collections I can find treats in?
A: Yes! Anything related to the season.
Q: Where else can I trick or treat across the site?
A: Make sure to read the How To carefully – there are some hints in there! Also click any "tricks" for additional clues.
Q: What can the free discount be applied to?
A: Only the design shown on the treat. Click the treat to go to the design, add to cart, and the discount should automatically apply to your cart. If the discount doesn’t apply for some reason, add it manually – the code is displayed on the graphic (this applies for all treats!).
