Step 1
Check Your Email
You, or your recipient, should receive an email for the Gift Voucher that has the balance (in multiple currencies), as well as a 16-character code.
This gift voucher code provided is what you will enter when checking out to redeem the value.
Tip: On your device, Copy and Paste the Gift Voucher code. Be careful of letters/numbers that may lookalike.
Step 2
Shop!
Add Sweet Pea machine embroidery designs and sewing supplies to your cart, just like you normally would. Then, head to checkout.
Step 3A
Add Gift Voucher Code (Computer)
On computer, on the payment page - the page after you enter your information - Look to the right side and enter your Gift Voucher Code in the box that says "Discount code or gift card" and press the blue button that says "apply". Once applied you should see the code below, as well as the subtracted amount.
You may apply multiple gift cards at once.
This can be used with discount codes.
Step 3B
Add Gift Voucher Code (Mobile)
On mobile, enter your Gift Voucher Code in the box that says "Discount code or gift card" and press the blue button with the arrow to apply. Once applied you should see the code below, as well as the subtracted amount.
You may apply multiple gift cards at once.
This can be used with discount codes.
Step 4
Complete the Order
Proceed to checkout as per normal. If your gift voucher is less than the order value you will be required to pay the remaining amount to complete your order.

What can I use the Gift Voucher for?
You can redeem your gift voucher for any machine embroidery designs or sewing supplies as well as shipping (when relevant).
Why is the Gift Voucher in AUD?
Unfortunately this is a limitation of Shopify, and as an Australian company we have ours set as AUD. Your gift card will still be redeemable in other currencies and the amount will be converted to your currency from AUD based on a consistent fixed rate to ensure the value stays the same.
I'm a US or Canadian Customer and my old Gift Voucher doesn't work?
With the update to our store in late August, we have to manually reassign these gift voucher. Please contact customer.service@swpea.com to begin this process.
Do I need to use the Gift Voucher in a single order?
As long as balance remains you may use a Gift Voucher on as many orders as you like.
Can I redeem multiple Gift Vouchers at checkout?
Yes, you may redeem multiple gift vouchers for a single order. Please refer to the guide above on how to redeem your gift voucher code.
