Sweet Pea Essentials Perfect Pro™ Faux PU Leather has a fun texture that retains the soft touch and delicate feel of real leather, which makes it perfect for in the hoop, machine embroidery and sewing projects like bags, wallets, table runners and more.

PU leather is considered much more environmentally friendly and it also breathes better than PVC (Vinyl).  It is biodegradable over time and is made from more environmentally friendly chemicals than Vinyl.  Faux leather, or polyurethane leather, also referred to as "leatherette", "pu leather", "vegan leather" and "pleather".  

Sweet Pea Essentials Perfect Pro™ Faux Leather is an imitation of real leather and costs less than genuine leather because it is easier to manufacture and does not involve animals. Faux Leather is considered vegan.

Sweet Pea Essentials Perfect Pro™ Faux Leather is a wonderful material for in the hoop and sewing projects as it doesn’t absorb water which makes it easy to clean, it can be made into a variety of colours and styles to give projects a wonderfully fun and professional finish and unlike leather, PU Faux Leather doesn’t dry out over time.
