How do I download my designs?

How do I login to my account?
If your account is not logging in when you try and enter your email and password, you may be entering the wrong password and/or email address. The password is case sensitive, having caps lock enabled for example could cause login issues.If all else fails you will need to reset your password. On the login page select "Recover password" and enter your email. A reset email will be sent to your emails and you will be able to click "reset password". Please note you might need to check your junk/spam inbox if you cannot locate this email.You can then create a new password for your account. If this still does not work please email us at customer.service@swpea.com
How do I change my password?

I can't find my embroidery machine format?
We include include file formats in our design files, ( except ART ). If you cannot see your particular file format in our design files please read this article.
